Porter Prize



Recently, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, received the award.


The award is named after the economist Michael E. Porter.


The award is conferred to the Ministry with regards to its work in managing the Covid -19 pandemic


The involvement of ASHA workers in industry in creating the PPE kits was acknowledged.


The award was presented at an event organized by Institute for Competitiveness (IFC) and Stanford University.
